Our staff is top notch. We only select caring, responsible, and highly qualified, state licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are certified med techs.

We are proud to say, our staff also includes a nurse and a staff medical doctor. The Heartfelt Manor staff is stable and provides consistent care for our residents 24 hours a day.

We have periodic inspections to be sure our care meets the highest standards. For the past two years, the State of New Mexico Board inspection found no deficiencies! We are doing a great job with and for our residents. Smells like home!

Our center’s staff members are committed to meeting the special needs of our elderly residents in partnership with their physicians, friends, and family caregivers. Family and friends are welcome to visit. Our residents never experience the isolation of being socially removed.
